Pembrokeshire County Council has opened a competitive tender for its grave digging services contract, with submissions due through the Sell2Wales procurement portal by 17 August 2026.
The council confirmed the tender exercise is live, inviting contractors to bid for the provision of grave digging across Pembrokeshire's network of council-maintained burial grounds. The closing date gives interested suppliers just over a fortnight from the tender going live on 1 August to prepare and submit their bids.
Sell2Wales is the Welsh Government's national procurement portal, used by public bodies across Wales to advertise contract opportunities and ensure open, competitive tendering. Its use here reflects the council's standard approach to procuring services where specialist equipment and trained operatives are required.
